Administrative Executive (Accounts Support)

Job Description

  • Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and other related documents
  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain proper records
  • Prepare supplier payments and support basic accounts functions
  • Maintain proper filing of documents in both hard and soft copy formats
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Meticulous, well‑organised, and neat in work
  • Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and demonstrates integrity
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders)
  • Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an advantage

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am – 12.00 noon
