Administrative Executive (Accounts Support)
Job Description
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and other related documents
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain proper records
- Prepare supplier payments and support basic accounts functions
- Maintain proper filing of documents in both hard and soft copy formats
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Meticulous, well‑organised, and neat in work
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and demonstrates integrity
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders)
- Knowledge of AutoCount accounting software is an advantage
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Saturday: 8.30am – 12.00 noon
