Work Days:

  • Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday 9.30am-7pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full AP & AR functions, including invoice checking, payment processing, and customer invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely month-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with quarterly GST submission.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all financial records.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties where required.
  • Manage sourcing, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, including facilities and office supplies.
  • Support ad-hoc finance or operational matters as assigned by the Senior Finance Manager or Directors.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
