Job Summary
Perform comprehensive accounting functions including managing full sets of books, processing payments, and preparing financial reports to support statutory compliance and business operations. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial management and timely submissions. Generally assist HR in all administrative matters to support organizational operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounting books including payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, invoices, and journal voucher preparation and review to ensure accurate financial records.
- Execute daily accounts payable functions such as cheque payments, GIRO, and bank transfers to maintain timely vendor payments.
- Process staff claims and monthly petty cash reimbursements to support employee expense management.
