Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to support the finance and operations teams. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, accounts payable processing, payroll support, and general administrative tasks within a dynamic, trade-based business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Process purchase orders and supplier invoices accurately and on time (250 invoices per week).
- Reconcile company credit card transactions (50 per week).
- Ensure expenses and supplier costs are correctly coded and allocated.
- Maintain accurate financial records in accounting (Xero) and job management systems (Arrowflow).
- Support payroll processes, including manually entering timesheet data into spreadsheets for import into Xero.
