Accounts Administrator

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Administrator for our client who specialises in the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional seeking part-time hours with a well-established organisation based in South Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounts administration tasks.

  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

  • Support month-end processes and general financial reporting.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
  • Requirements


  • Previous experience in an accounts administration role.

  • Proficiency with Sage 200 is essential.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage workload within 20-hour working week.

  • Experience within a fast paced environment is an advantage.
