We are recruiting an Accounts Administrator to support an Accounts team based in an office in the Dublin 9 area, Santry. This role will be on site supporting Payroll & Accounts in a busy department. Previous Accounts or Administration experience is required where the suitable candidate will have proven experience to show level of attention to detail and accuracy levels. Responsibilities: To provide accounts and payroll administrative support. To help with daily tasks and financial duties. To make sure reports, invoices, and documents are completed on time. Send client invoices to ensure billing is on time. Ensuring all relevant hours and rates policies are adhered to. Raising any queries in relation to timesheets. Managing candidates' queries on payments and timesheets. Update candidates bank details on the system where appropriate. Help with month-end reports to make sure figures are complete and correct.
