Accounts Administrator – Company Acorn Event Structures

Acorn Event Structures are one of the largest suppliers of temporary structures to the Events Industry. Installing Staging and temporary structures to all major festivals and tours in both the UK and Europe.

We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our team, the ideal candidate will have a can‑do attitude, strong team work ethic with the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires the individual to meet deadlines whilst also being able to respond to daily requests from the accounts manager and procurement manager.

Main Duties

Your main duty will be to provide general overall administrative support to the Accounts manager some of which includes the below:

  • Maintain Purchase Ledger
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Raise Sales Invoices
  • Remind customers to make timely payments
