As Accounts and Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the OSP and IT department in project tracking and assisting the finance department in carrying out its responsibilities. They are responsible for various administrative tasks related to project management and finance, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting practices.  You will work closely with the operating team and Directors.

Role Responsibilities:

· Prepare and track client quotations and assist in tender preparation.

· Process sales quotations, purchase orders, and invoices, generate reports as required.

· Perform basic project costing and support project managers with variation orders and progress claims.

· Track and update Schedule of Rates (SORs) in the accounting system.

· Coordinate with internal engineering teams and vendors for quotations, scope requirements, and clarifications.
