Accounts Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a factory based in Alton. This is a full time, temp to perm position.

Responsibilities as an Accounts Administrator:
  • Covering all-round accounts and admin duties
  • Working within a small office team
  • Carrying out all aspects of purchase ledger including raising purchase orders, posting invoices, reconciliation
  • Assisting with sales ledger including sales orders, invoices, allocating payments and dealing with general queries
  • Data input in to bespoke accountancy software
  • Assisting with general administration duties

  • Requirements:
  • Previous accounts experience
  • Excellent administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Available immediately
  • Self sufficient and happy to be part of a small team
