Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Accounts Department Assistant to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience within an accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day accounts administration
  • Supporting purchase and sales ledger activities
  • Processing invoices, credit notes, and receipts
  • Helping with account reconciliations
  • Assisting with payment runs and banking tasks
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
  • Providing general support to the accounts team

About You:

  • Good attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications
