We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant & Administrator to join this well-established company. The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role. Experience using SAGE Software would be a benefit but not crucial, however they must have used some accounts software package. The role requires someone with initiative who can work independently but takes direction from their manager in a busy office . General Duties and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be assisting the Senior bookkeeper and working in a support role to the office in general, they must be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. Tasks of the accounts assistant / office administrator will include: Data entry (Receipts and Supplier Invoices) Bank reconciliation (Letman) Invoicing Answering account queries with clients Rent Reviews RTB Registrations Credit Control Updating records and databases Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc...
