We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team in Mercure Hyderabad KCP, India. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department's daily operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.
- Assist with customer invoicing processes and maintain accurate billing records
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and report discrepancies
- Support the maintenance and review of Customer & Supplier Master Data
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to follow up on outstanding payments and agree on payment dates
- Assist the procurement team with approval delegation and documentation
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports and statements
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
