Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
  • Stock checking and update
  • Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client
  • Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
  • Maintain accurate financial records and statements
  • Perform month-end closing activities and reports
  • Process payroll transactions in the organisation's accounting system
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS preparation and submission
  • Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
  • Costing when needed
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Checking time to time orders from various online platforms and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and etc
