Job Responsibilities
- Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information
- Stock checking and update
- Managing the account’s budget and invoicing the client
- Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
- Maintain accurate financial records and statements
- Perform month-end closing activities and reports
- Process payroll transactions in the organisation's accounting system
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS preparation and submission
- Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
- Costing when needed
- Assist in audit and tax preparation
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Checking time to time orders from various online platforms and manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and etc
