Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Estate Activities Coordinator to join our Front of House Team.

Key responsibilities of the Estate Activities Coordinator will include:
•Arrange for agreed services and products to be available to the guest in a timely and efficient manner
•To check the daily Time Sheet/Function sheets and other correspondence when commencing your shift to ensure that you are fully familiar with all incoming business/activity bookings / functions / special requests etc.
•To create Personal Activity Plans for guests, groups and families where requested
•To greet all guests at all times in a warm and friendly manner, taking the initiative to ensure that the Guest receives that extra element of personal care and a seamless experience
