Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Rishton, Blackburn
Pay: £14.55 per hour (circa £28,000 per annum)
Contract: Temporary (12-14 weeks) with the potential to become permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Hours: Full-time
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Parking: On-site parking available
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to support an Accounts Payable team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent.
This position plays a key role in supporting the finance function by ensuring purchase invoices and orders are processed accurately and efficiently in line with business requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting the Accounts Payable team with the processing of purchase orders (circa 2,000+ per month)
Working closely with the wider finance team to provide day-to-day support
