Accounts Assistant

We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client’s well-established finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate posting to the ledger

* Maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts, including regular statement reconciliations

* Supporting the accounts department with day-to-day administrative duties

* Updating journals and ledgers and maintaining well-organised financial records

* Investigating and resolving invoice and account queries

* Assisting with month-end processes and audit support

About You:

* Confident handling invoices for goods and external services

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers

* Comfortable learning new accounting systems and software

* Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
