ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full set accounts for small/medium companies.
  • Handle all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including the posting of sales/supplier invoices, processing of payments/receipts etc.
  • Execute the month-end closing process, preparing detailed management reports, bank reconciliations and supporting schedules.
  • Manage all aspects of statutory reporting, including foreign tax submissions, corporate tax filings, and coordination of the annual statutory audit to ensure full compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to finance department.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
