The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team in managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.Issue invoices, credit notes, and ensure timely billing.Follow up on outstanding customer payments and manage overdue accounts.Verify and process supplier invoices and petty cash claims.Prepare payments through various modes (e.g., bank transfers, cheques, online platforms).Prepare and update monthly payment schedules.Maintain accurate daily cash book and bank book records.Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.Assist in the pre...
