Responsibilities

Accounts Assistant is member of the finance team covering the following roles :
•    Full spectrum of Accounts Payable includes handling payment to both local and overseas suppliers and vouchering.
•    To perform reconciliation on supplier's Statement of accounts.
•    Assist with Internal and external audit activities, any adhoc request & etc.
•    Assist with Statutory tax reporting, i.e. data pulling & etc.
•    Others - task as assigned.

Requirements:


•    Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
•    Interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Time management.
•    Meticulous and problem solving.
•    Proficient with Microsoft excel and word.
•    Min 5 Years working experience within the same function
