About Us:

As an Assistant Account, you will gain hands-on experience in finance and office operations, working closely with both Singapore and Hong Kong teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop cross-border accounting skills while learning the ins and outs of administrative operations in a professional environment.

Your Key Responsibilities


What You'll Do:

  • Manage Petty Cash: Take ownership of petty cash, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage payments for the Singapore headquarters and its Hong Kong subsidiary, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Assist in maintaining receivables, follow-ups, and records when needed.
  • Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support daily office operations and take on exciting ad-hoc projects as opportunities arise.

  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
  • Prior experience in accounting or admin is a plus, but eagerness to learn is key
