- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and basic financial reports
- Process staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure records are up to date
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams on payment matters
- Assist in preparation for audits, tax filings, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Perform ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as assigned
