  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, credit notes, and debit notes
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions
  • Assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and basic financial reports
  • Process staff claims, reimbursements, and petty cash
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and ensure records are up to date
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams on payment matters
  • Assist in preparation for audits, tax filings, and management reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting or administrative duties as assigned
