Advanced Water Technologies is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join our growing office team.

This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role supporting the day-to-day finance function of the business. The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate financial records and working closely with our in-house systems, which support invoicing, purchasing and job-related financial activity across the company.

The role

You will support the finance team and wider business by ensuring financial data is accurately processed and maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and supplier statements, ensuring accuracy and timely posting
  • Supporting sales invoicing and job-related billing through the company's in-house software system
