Job Description

Our client is a well established and respected Essex based car dealership who are looking for an Accounts Assitant/Adminstrator to join on a full time basis. This is an exciting time to join this company as further expansion is planned for 2016.

All Applicants MUST have previous dealership experience


The Accounts Administrators responsibilities include:

Purchase Ledger


Processing vehicle purchase invoices to SAGE system


Processing vehicle preparation and warranty costs to SAGE system

Paying suppliers by bank transfer

Sales Ledger

Invoicing customers and banking payments received


Debtor Control


Bank Account Reconciliation


Stock Reconciliation


Producing Management accounts on Excel


Payroll

Answering the telephone

5 days a week

35 hours per week
