As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee (CMA)  to join our Finance team. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting — ideal for candidates eager to build a career in corporate finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations in Tally.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) — ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and update ledgers, financial records, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing, MIS preparation, and financial statement compilation.
• Support compliance, audit, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• B.Com degree with a minimum of 75% throughout academics.
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and numerical aptitude.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools like Tally.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
