· Execute the migration of historical accounting data (AP, AR, GL) from Excel into the Odoo system based on provided instructions and templates.

· Accurately perform daily data entry of accounting transactions into the Odoo platform.

· Verify entered data against source documents for completeness and accuracy.

· Maintain organized digital records of all migrated and entered data.

· Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries in Odoo as directed.

· Assist with month-end closing by preparing assigned journal entries and reconciliation schedules.

· Support the preparation of audit and tax filing documents by compiling requested data from the system.

· Perform other related data entry and clerical duties to support the finance team.
