Job Summary:

Aubree Haute Chocolaterie is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and support the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
• Support the external audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Process GST, TDS, and other statutory payments on time.
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment-related queries.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Zoho, Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
