Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Executive located in Bengaluru. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing financial data. Additional responsibilities include supporting the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in financial management, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and manage financial data
- Knowledge of accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Experience in customer relationship management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is highly desirable
