We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a meticulous and experienced permanent part-time Accounts Executive/ Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, is confident in managing the full set of accounts, and values flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Handle GST preparation and filing
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Coordinate with external accountants, tax agents, and auditors as required
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and regulatory requirements
