Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and purchase entries with accuracy in Zoho Books.
• Ensure timely GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR 3B returns.
• Handle Import GST, RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism), and 2A/2B reconciliations.
• Oversee TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
• Prepare and maintain E-way Bills and E-invoices as per statutory requirements.
• Stay updated with GST and Indirect Tax amendments.
• Perform bank and branch reconciliations regularly.
• Support month-end closing activities and assist in audit requirements.
• Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, reports, and reconciliations.
