Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts independently.
- Prepare cashflow accounts and manage petty cash transactions.
- Monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
- Issue e‑Invoices and ensure compliance with LHDN e‑Invoice requirements.
- Manage tax matters (Income Tax / related submissions).
- Monitor and implement latest updates in finance, tax, and accounting regulations.
- Provide accounting and tax advisory to management.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
- Assist in any other ad hoc duties when assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.
- At least 3–5 years of working experience in the Accounting field.
