Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts independently.
  • Prepare cashflow accounts and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Monitoring and handling collections and processing payments.
  • Prepare and review monthly management accounts.
  • Issue e‑Invoices and ensure compliance with LHDN e‑Invoice requirements.
  • Manage tax matters (Income Tax / related submissions).
  • Monitor and implement latest updates in finance, tax, and accounting regulations.
  • Provide accounting and tax advisory to management.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and authorities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties when assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.
