Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly closing activities.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure smooth year-end closing and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliation, and supporting schedules accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and comply with statutory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing tax computation and other related financial documents.
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system.
