Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting functions of a property development company
  • Prepare and analyse project development costs
  • Handle debtor billings and collections
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences
  • Prepare foreign subsidiaries accounts and other related matters
  • Prepare and complete monthly accounts on a timely basis
  • Prepare statutory financial statements
  • Perform other ad-hoc as and when required
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent/ professional qualification in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in property development or construction industry
  • Prior usage of Wiz Property System will be added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office application Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
