Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operations of overall accounting functions and reporting for Fertilizers business.

Assist in divisional reporting and statutory reporting.

Responsible for the preparation and submission of Monthly Management Reports, Quarterly Reports, Country-By-Country Reporting and etc.

Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable function including verifying and posting transactions in a timely manner.

Prepare bank reconciliation and creditor reconciliation as well as identify and follow up on discrepancies.

To liaise closely with internal and external auditors as well as furnish relevant accounting records and working papers.

Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior.

Job Requirements
