Accounts Executive

RecruitFirst is hiring Account Executive You will be outsourced to:

Job Details:

Location: North Bridge Rd

Salary: Up $3700

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

 Duration: 1 Year (Renewable Yearly)

Responsibilities:

• Timely processing of customer invoices and receipts

• Resolve billing issues

• Responsible for effectively communicating with customers through phone and email to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts

• Coordinate with sales team on debt collection status and customer suspension list

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and preferably in Accountancy or Business Management

Comfortable with high volume customers
