Accounts Executive

Location: Rawang Integrated Industrial Park, Selangor

Job Type: Full-time (5 working days per week)

Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM5,000 (based on experience)

We are a growing wholesale trading company in Malaysia. In line with our expansion, we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger (GL) functions.
• Process payroll and ensure timely statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for management review.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
