Job Description
Overview
Prepare full set of accounts reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Expenses Analysis Report), Monthly and Year End Revenue and Expenditure reports, journal entries, adjusting and closing entries.
Liaise with company's External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Bankers, Government Official and other Statutory Board on related matters, whenever necessary.
Hands on Experience with ERP accounting software. Preferable in Manufacturing Environment.
Prepare Payroll, EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB. Submission of SST Returns. Process Account Transactions, Checking, Verification, Follow Up including preparation of Payment to Vendors, Suppliers.
To improve in internal controls and procedures related to Inventory, Billing and Credit Control.
Analyze financial data to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and standards, to find instances of accounting deficiencies and/or fraud.
