Company Background: Specializing in the processing of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables for the retail and foodservice sectors
Working days: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 6:00pm)
Work Location: Shah Alam, Sec 33
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing and maintaining full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals).
- Prepare monthly payroll and related statutory contributions using Payroll Software.
- Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
- Monitor and managing e-invoicing
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
