RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle accounts administrative duties
  • Accurate data entry into accounting systems
  • Preparationandprocessing of payments to suppliers
  • Preparationandprocessing of payroll, CPF, IR8AandIR21
  • To perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Goodcommunication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Able to multi-taskandworkunder pressure
  • Meticulousandattentive to detail
  • Willing to learn
  • Knowledge in Xero, MYOB/ABSSand/orQuickBooks Online will be a plus
  • Relevant workingexperiencewith full sets accounting will be a plus
  • Experience in accounting firm a plus
