RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle accounts administrative duties
- Accurate data entry into accounting systems
- Preparationandprocessing of payments to suppliers
- Preparationandprocessing of payroll, CPF, IR8AandIR21
- To perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Goodcommunication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-taskandworkunder pressure
- Meticulousandattentive to detail
- Willing to learn
- Knowledge in Xero, MYOB/ABSSand/orQuickBooks Online will be a plus
- Relevant workingexperiencewith full sets accounting will be a plus
- Experience in accounting firm a plus
