Accounts Executive

Role:

• We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Billing & Receivables) to support end-to-end customer accounting operations in a structured, compliance-driven finance environment.
• This role is well suited for finance professionals who enjoy clear ownership, accuracy, and well-defined processes, and who want to deepen their experience in billing, receipting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer billing, including invoices, credit notes, adjustments, and refunds.
• Processing and reconciling customer receipts (bank payments/GIRO).
• Reviewing and reconciling customer accounts for deposits, advances, terminations, and credit balances.
• Maintaining accurate customer and contract records in finance systems.
