Accounts Executive

About the role

Join the dynamic team at ICONZ-Webvisions Pte Ltd as a full-time Accounts Executive based in our Tai Seng office in the North-East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for handling accounts receivables, credit control, and accounts payable, playing a crucial part in the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.

• Issue invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

• Perform month-end closing for AR and AP; support financial reporting.

• Conduct daily bank reconciliations and monitor incoming collections.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in AR and/or AP function

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
