We are seeking an Accounts Executive, Trainer, and Mentor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, training new employees, and mentoring junior staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on company products and services.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support learning objectives.
  • Analyze account performance and provide feedback to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve client engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Ability to train and mentor others effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and account management processes.
