Key Duties and Responsibilities


Payroll & Financial Support

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
  • Work closely with HR on system updates and final salary payments.
  • Handle payroll and manpower expense enquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Administer the eClaim system and maintain approval matrices.
  • Reconcile payroll-related contra and suspense accounts; resolve discrepancies.
  • Respond to audit requests relating to payroll, tax, and employee claims.
  • Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.

Controls & Compliance

  • Ensure payroll controls operate effectively and accurately.
  • Review payroll processes, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.
