Key Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll & Financial Support
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary adjustments, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
- Work closely with HR on system updates and final salary payments.
- Handle payroll and manpower expense enquiries from employees and stakeholders.
- Administer the eClaim system and maintain approval matrices.
- Reconcile payroll-related contra and suspense accounts; resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to audit requests relating to payroll, tax, and employee claims.
- Perform other payroll and administrative duties as assigned.
Controls & Compliance
- Ensure payroll controls operate effectively and accurately.
- Review payroll processes, identify weaknesses, and implement corrective actions.
