Job Description

  • Position Title: Accounts & HR Admin Executive
  • Working Location: CBD, The Riverwalk
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus (Quarterly)
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, GL, petty cash, and journal entries.
  • Prepare supplier and subcontractor payments with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing progress claims, client invoicing, and follow up on collections.
  • Support month-end closing, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing of accounting records and supporting audit documents.
