Job Description

- Position Title: Accounts & HR Admin Executive
- Working Location: CBD, The Riverwalk
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus (Quarterly)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, GL, petty cash, and journal entries.
- Prepare supplier and subcontractor payments with proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist in preparing progress claims, client invoicing, and follow up on collections.
- Support month-end closing, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Maintain accurate filing of accounting records and supporting audit documents.
