Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to discuss projects and understand client requirements.
  • Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions is relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and aligned.
  • Discuss client requirements with the creative team.
  • Research, seek, and negotiate with third-party vendors that can provide products and services related to the project.
  • Make client presentations and cost estimates for projects.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Present creative proposals to clients for discussion and approval.
  • Address issues or delays in the project as well as client feedback.
  • Manage budgets and day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Deliver completed projects on time.
  • Manage budgets for multiple accounts.
  • Meet target profit margins.
  • Participate in post-event evaluations internally and with clients.
