Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss projects and understand client requirements.
- Ensure all information from client meetings/discussions is relayed internally so that everyone in the team is updated and aligned.
- Discuss client requirements with the creative team.
- Research, seek, and negotiate with third-party vendors that can provide products and services related to the project.
- Make client presentations and cost estimates for projects.
- Negotiate contracts with clients.
- Present creative proposals to clients for discussion and approval.
- Address issues or delays in the project as well as client feedback.
- Manage budgets and day-to-day administrative duties.
- Deliver completed projects on time.
- Manage budgets for multiple accounts.
- Meet target profit margins.
- Participate in post-event evaluations internally and with clients.
