The Accounts Manager, reporting to the Director and Owners, is responsible for overseeing the daily financial and accounting operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reconciliation and reporting of financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and payroll.
- Prepare timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accounting schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
- Facilitate outward foreign exchange payments, adhering to regulatory requirements, exchange rates, and organizational policies.
