Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Tirupur

Qualification: M.Com / MBA / CA Inter

Experience: Minimum 15 Years

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing sector, primarily Spinning/Garments

• Maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Manage monthly closing and submission of P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Oversee year-end finalization of accounts and timely Income Tax filing.
• Handle GST monthly returns, notices, and refunds.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with the Company Secretary for annual ROC filings.
• Develop financial projections and manage cash flow.
• Handle day-to-day finance requirements and banking operations.
• Maintain files, agreements, contracts, and banking documents.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal audit teams.
• Conduct monthly stock verification across all units and monitor inventory processes.
• Proficient in accounting software relevant to the spinning/garment sector.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Financial Compliance.
• Ability to liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
