This is a diverse and rewarding position where you’ll interact with customers, assist the sales team, coordinate technician schedules, and play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support.

  • Bookkeeping, banking, and account reconciliations
  • Payroll processing
  • Invoicing and collections

  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
  • Maintaining membership registers
  • Data management and record keeping

  • Customer service and preparation of quotes

  • Providing support to internal and external stakeholders
  • About You
  • Proven experience in an administration or accounts role
  • Professional phone manner with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a technical aptitude
  • Confident computer skills
  • Current driver’s licence
