Job Description

  • Maintain and update financial records accurately and efficiently.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide assistance during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Officer should have:

  • A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
