Job Description
- Maintain and update financial records accurately and efficiently.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide assistance during audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Officer should have:
- A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in the property industry or a similar sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
