Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and revenue recognition for assigned products or segments.
  • Support timely month-end closing by reviewing adjustments and manual entries.
  • Prepare and approve payment workflows and disbursements in the system.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare accruals to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
  • Prepare invoices and debit notes when needed.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and respond to Risk team queries.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and assist with ad hoc tasks and coverage when required.

Job Requirements

  • LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Tax, and Audit, ideally within the Trading industry.
