The purpose of the Accounts Officer & Payroll position is to accurately process payroll and manage accounts functions, ensuring timely financial transactions and compliance with company policies, and supporting the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare worksheets in collaboration with Project Managers/Construction Managers to invoice project costs accurately.
• Issue invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with customers regarding account inquiries.
• Manage debt collection and ensure timely payment processing.
• Process daily customer payments.
